OUTPUT TEMPERATURE CONTROL

ThermalAir TA-5000A can control by user setting, the ramp rate, temperature transition time as fast as -55°C to +125°C in less than 10 seconds.

 

HOW DOES IT WORK

The TA-5000’s built-in air dryer and filtering system sends clean dry air (CDA) through its powerful internal chiller / heat exchanger to delivers hot & cold temperatures from -80°C up to +225°C.

User can control flow rate from 4 to 24 SCFM. The ThermalAir temperature systems are all self-contained. You just plug it in and it’s ready to start thermal testing your parts. [No configuration required]

The TA-5000A ThermalAir stream system is be used with a Thermal Glass Cap Enclosures interfaced to the end of Thermal Head, Arm, and Stand, designed to adapt with the end users device under test. The exact use of this adapter depends on the users thermal test application. Our thermal glass caps and thermal accessories are used in accordance with test device and of PCB size, dimension, and how and where the test broad is populated with other components. We have a wide variety of sizes to fit your test.

The TA-5000A ThermalAir stream system can be used with MPI Thermal End Effectors. These TA-5000A Accessories interfaced to the end of Thermal Head (No Tools Required). MPI thermal end effectors are designed to adapt with the end users device under test. The exact use of adapters depends on the users thermal test application. In many cases the very small devices such as 5G SMD are hard to reach test areas.

MPI Thermal end effectors and our integrated dry heated purge adapters can be used. All MPI thermal interfaces have a separate integrated dry purge for frost free test environment. MPI Thermal accessories are used in accordance with test device and of PCB size, dimension, and how and where the test broad is populated with other components. We have a wide variety of sizes to fit your test.
