The TA-5000A/TA-3000A can also be used with an Thermal End Effector adapters interfaced to the end of Thermal Head Arm and Stand, designed to adapt to the end users device under test. The exact use of this device depends on the users thermal test application.

OUTPUT TEMPERATURE CONTROL

ThermalAir TA-5000A can control by user setting, the ramp rate, temperature transition time as fast as -55°C to +125°C in less than 10 seconds.

 

HOW DOES IT WORK

The TA-5000’s built-in air dryer and filtering system sends clean dry air (CDA) through its powerful internal chiller / heat exchanger to delivers hot & cold temperatures from -80°C up to +225°C.

User can control flow rate from 4 to 24 SCFM. The ThermalAir temperature systems are all self-contained. You just plug it in and it’s ready to start thermal testing your parts. [No configuration required]

The ThermalAir TA Series of temperature forcing and localized inducing systems have a wide range of accessories that are attached to the ThermalAir Stream Arm located at the end of Thermal Head output gas nozzles.

The TA-5000A can also be used with a Thermal End Effector adaptors interfaced to the end of Thermal Head Arm and Stand, designed to adapt to the end users device under test. The exact use of this device depends on the users thermal test application and the size and location of the part being tested.

MPI Thermal systems have a wide variety of Thermal End Effectors to accommodate the user engineer test broad. When other components and rigid cables are to close proximity of the single device that requires thermal testing, a thermal end effector adapter can be used. In these cases where the standard ThermalAir system thermal glass cap enclosure cannot be used, a thermal end effector can be easily connect to the TA-5000A thermal head gas output nozzle (no tools required).
