The ThermalAir TA-3000U high-capacity thermal air stream system is used for localized temperature inducing and thermal testing, rapid thermal cycling, and device characterization of semiconductor devices and other components, hybrids, PCBs, Optical Transceivers, electronic and non-electronic assemblies at precise temperature from -65°C to +225°C.

This Under the Bench system saves floor space by sliding the TA-3000U under the test bench in an engineering and production test environment.

This Unique Under the Bench configuration is designed to save floor space by installing the TA-3000U right under the test bench.

In the High-Tech Industry such as in semiconductor manufacturing, floor space is at a premium. When floor space is a concern in small engineering labs or production test floors the TA-3000U answers the call.

The ThermalAir TA-3000U series of products has a wide range of temperature forcing capabilities. Benchtop -65°C to +200°C applications to temperature cycling -65°C to +225°C environmental stress test. The TA-3000U series are used for rapid thermal cycling testing in engineering product development test labs and production test floors for semiconductor IC devices and all kinds of electronic / non-electronic components, parts, and assemblies.
